Recvap Train NOM-006

RECVAP TRAIN TRUCK is a vapoUr recovery system designed according to the vapor input capacity, being one of the most advanced systems in the industry.

RECVAP TRAIN TRUCK uses a patented system that condenses and recovers the vapours from the tank during the fuel filling processes into the truck terminal. Our system with absorption and condensation technologies is designed to recover the maximum amount of liquids that can be monetised as valuable energy, while eliminating fugitive emissions that can lead to unsafe operating conditions.

Equipment intended to minimise the emissions of VOCs in the delivery of flammable liquids, Class I (gasoline), which are generated in the fuel loading at truck terminal.

The equipment complies with NOM 006 SRV.

The transportation and marketing of petroleum liquids involves many different operations, each representing a potential source of evaporation loss. Head losses are the main source of evaporative emissions from truck operations.

Pressure drops occur when organic vapours in “empty” cargo tanks are displaced into the atmosphere by the liquid that is within the tanks. These vapours are a compound of (1) vapours formed in the empty tank by evaporation of the residual product from previous loads, (2) vapours transferred to the tank in vapor balance systems as the product is discharged, and (3) vapours generated in the tank while the new product is loaded.

Vapours from the gasoline load on the truck enter the equipment and travel through a series of condensers. The VOC`s vapours are condensed again in their liquefaction operations and transferred to a reserve tank, and then the line is charged through the pump.

The equipment has a cooling unit, which causes liquefaction of fuel vapours and recovers the condensate and releases the treated gaseous form into the atmosphere. It has two interior Cores where the mixture of air and vapor is conducted through a heat exchange, resulting in condensation of the fuel.

Loads up to 17,171.19 gallons of fuel at a loading speed of 528.34 gl / min, for the highest efficiency.
